These Terms of Service govern the use of the padel.mu platform. By using our service, you accept these terms.
By creating an account or using padel.mu, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.
- Platform: The padel.mu website and all its associated services
- User: Any person using the platform (player, organizer, administrator)
- Club: Organization registered on the platform to organize tournaments
- Tournament: Padel competition organized via the platform
- Registration: Request to participate in a tournament
padel.mu is a padel tournament management platform. The services offered include tournament registration, event organization and performance tracking. This list is not exhaustive and features may evolve.
Using the platform requires creating an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Protect the confidentiality of your password
- Not share your account with third parties
- Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Post offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Use automated scripts without authorization
- Disrupt the proper functioning of the platform
Platform ownership
All intellectual property rights to the padel.mu platform (code, design, trademarks, logos) belong to Dorian Rodot. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
User content
You retain your rights to the content you post (personal information, results). You are responsible for the accuracy of this content.
License granted
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and process this content within our services.
Service availability
We strive to ensure continuous platform availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
Limitation of liability
padel.mu is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or harm resulting from platform use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
Force majeure
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, outages, etc.).
For paid tournaments:
- Fees are set by club organizers
- Payments are managed between players and organizers
- padel.mu facilitates management but is not responsible for financial transactions
By the user
You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
By padel.mu
We may suspend or delete your account in case of Terms violation, prolonged inactivity, or for security reasons.
Effects of termination
After deletion, your personal data will be erased in accordance with our privacy policy. Public tournament results may be retained for sports history.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modification will be notified by email and/or via the platform.
Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Mauritian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the other provisions remain fully in force.
